Raising our Consciousness
Jeannette
Imagine you were a judge and you sat on the bench all day listening
to cases and life histories of those who came before you. After a
time, sitting high above everyone, you could definitely see beyond
the stories and feel what was really going on with those who stood
before you.
For the most part you remain objective in delving out the sentences
for those before you. Some seem so trapped in their situations.
You began to see a pattern of how they ended up before you. It
seemed like some from the moment of their birth were destined to
stand before you in their future.
Now what if you yourself were to stand before you. Not so much that
you had committed a crime but that you were better able to see an
overview of your own life. Sitting on the bench and reviewing your
own life, how would you judge yourself? Would you be more
understanding than you would of others? Could you objectively see
the pattern of your own life and understand your purpose here? How
severe would you be with yourself? Would you be more critical of
yourself, than those you had so much compassion for who seemed
trapped in their own circumstances?
When we raise our consciousness we are able to do just that. Not so
much to judge but to be able to understand how we fit into the
scheme of things. We can look at the lessons we have chosen for
ourselves here. We are playing a part to better understand our
purpose here. When we raise our consciousness, we would not judge.
We would have an understanding of the greater plan. We are sitting
high up on the bench and can see things more objectively. We can see
the greater plan.
When we raise our consciousness, we remove the importance on the
lessons here. When we tap into the essence within, we release the
density we place on things here. It sets us free.
